We're convenient to world renowned ski resorts, the rugged High Uintas Wilderness, and iconic Antelope Island. Our Sample

Established in 1990, Multi-Property Sample began as a quiet vacation spot, with four secluded cabins. After a few years, our family added a handful of spacious RV sites, with full hookups and all the amenities an RV nomad could want. Finally, two years ago, we began renting touring kayaks from Wilderness Systems and Perception Kayaks.

Our Sample was, and still is, designed to provide vacationers with a place to relax and enjoy the beauty and excitement of Utah's Northern Wasatch Range. And, we're family friendly and pet friendly.

Our Area

Multi-Property Sample is conveniently located within minutes of Sundance Resort and an hours drive to the Uinta Mountains, and Antelope Island.

Head 20 minutes north of our Sample, you'll find excellent skiing and snowboarding opportunities at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude ski resorts. (Skiing only at Alta.) And, if you're looking for a more laid back ski or snowboard experience, try Sundance Ski Resort.

10 miles the east is the High Uintas Wilderness. There, you can enjoy unspoiled backcountry, pristine alpine lakes, and scenic drives and byways.

For a unique outing the whole family will enjoy, travel west to Antelope Island, situated in the southeastern corner of the Great Salt Lake. On the island, you'll be able to get uncomfortably close to free-roaming buffalo, mule deer, and, of course, antelope.

Attractions

When you stay at Multi-Property Sample, you'll have numerous activities to choose from, and most are just minutes away from the Sample.

In the winter months, the many nearby ski resorts offer world-class skiing and snowboarding. In the summer, some of the same ski resorts transform into mountain-biking meccas, where you can take a lift to a mountain top, and bike back down.

A short drive to the Uinta Mountains provides a variety of outdoor activities: fishing at one of the 1,000 lakes in the Uintas, hiking in rugged backcountry, or simply traveling Mirror Lake Highway, one of the best known scenic drives in America.

At Antelope Island, you can view and photograph wildlife in their natural habitats. Bison travel beside your car. Antelope and mule deer meander along mountain slopes. And numerous bird species visit the island throughout the year.

The area along the Wasatch Front provides an almost infinite number of dining opportunites. Grab a burger and shoot pool at ABG's Bar. Or, enjoy authentic Native American and Soutwestern dishes at Black Sheep Inn. And, if you're looking for excellent meals that reflect the culture of Utah, book a private event at Communal Restaurant, an unusual restaurant you're sure to enjoy.
